    Lieber Raini: Vor einem Jahr traten wir auf die rote Duenen Sossuvleis in Deiner Begleitung auf. Deine Erklaerungen haben uns geholfen, jene schoenen und geheimnisvollen Laender Namibiens zu verstehen. Ihre Erinnerung ist immer mit deiner Person verbunden. Vielleicht eines Tages ruft uns der Zauber der Wueste wieder, und wir kommen nach Afrika zurueck.

    Ich finde es großartig, dass man die Reise auf diese Art verfolgen kann. Besonders schön finde ich es, weil ich selbst schon vor ca 18 jahren dort war. Weiter so!!

    Abschiedslied unserer September-Tour für Raini
    nach dem Lied “Vogelhochzeit”
    1. 4 Dresdner wollten Urlaub machen in dem schönen Afrika.
    Refrain: Fidirallala, fidirallala, fidirallallallalla.
    2. Sie luden sich Andrea ein, nun waren sie nicht so allein.
    3. Dazu kam Friedrun und Margret. die kam doch wirklich fast zu spät.
    4. Der Raini war der Reiseleiter, Witzerzähler und so weiter
    5. Der Raini und der Elefant, die sind im Namib wohl bekannt.
    6. Drum haben wir ‘ne Tour gebucht, wo Raini hat die Lodg’s gesucht.
    7. In Swakopmund der Raini wohnt, da hat sich der Besuch gelohnt.
    8. Der VW-Bus sieht spitze aus, da ging es immer REIN UND RAUS.
    9. Die Steppe ist nicht Afrika, das ist uns allen sonnenklar.
    10. Von Namib bis nach Botswana, Motive waren immer da.
    11. Mit etwas Glück und viel Verstand der Raini einen Leo fand.
    12. Ein Picknick mit dem Kla~ptisch, das ist ja so gemü~tlich.
    13. Das Friedhuhn hat ‘nen Witz gemacht, der Raini hat gar sehr gelacht.
    14. Der Gashahn und der Suppentopf, die brachten Lutz fast um den Kopf.
    15. Einbaum fahren macht viel Spaß, Tilo der war pitschenass.
    16. Die Trixi sah ein Spinnennetz, das hat ihr einen Schreck versetzt.
    17. Die Ina wurde Omama und findet Liam wunderbar.
    18. Die Friedrun führt die Truppe an, sehr lautstark steht sie ihren Mann.
    19. Andrea ist der Vet’rinär, da hab’n ’s nicht nur die Tiere schwer.
    20. Die Margret sah man selten spät, um 9 Uhr sie ins Bette geht.
    21. Die Nacht war kalt, das Flusspferd laut, wir hab’n uns nicht vor’s Zelt getraut.
    22. Die Reise die war wunderschön, dem Raini herzlich Dankeschön.

    Es ist toll Eure Reise so verfolgen zu koennen. Bin nicht sicher ob Ihr den Kommentar ueberhaupt bekommt, denn mein letzter vom 13.11. ist immer noch nicht “freigegeben” worden. Aber in Gedanken sind wir bei Euch!Weiterhin viel Spass Euch allen!

    Hallo Friedrun,
    hätten Dich wohl bald getroffen, waren vom 28.9.bis 18.10.2008 in Namibia (Etosha, Caprivi), Botswana(Chobe National Park)und kurz in Simbabwe (Viktoria Fälle)
    mit kleiner Gruppe, allerdings weniger naturnah. Zurück ging es über Maun, wo wir diesmal den Okawango überflogen haben und dafür keine Einbaumfahrt unternahmen(waren das erste Mal in 1976 dort). Es ist wohl die schönste Ecke in ganz Südafrika wie man auch an Deinen Aufnahmen sehen kann. Treffen uns im Februar und können uns austauschen.

    ich bin auch gerade dabei, meine Bilder zu bearbeiten und denke an die herrliche Reise zurück mit Dir durch Deine Heimat. Herzlichen Dank für Deine gute Führung. Es war genau das, was wir wollten, viel gesehen, immer auch etwas Ruhe, die vielen Sundowners, die Einblicke in das Leben zu deutscher Zeit und in der Gegenwart. es hat alles gestimmt. Mit Couson Ulrich und Cousine Jutta habe ich auch schon ausführlich telefoniert.

    Hallo Raini,

    zuerst möchte ich mich bei meiner Freundin Herta für die tolle Planung bedanken. Sie hat sich viel Mühe gemacht, dafür war es auch ein Traumurlaub. Kann mich Herta und Karl nur anschließen. Mit Ingrid (sie kommt aus Namibia und wohnt jetzt in München) haben wir kürzlich die Bilder betrachtet. Zu vielen Fotos konnte sie uns was erzählen und Heimweh schwang in der Stimme mit. Kann ich jetzt verstehen, da ich so vieles von Dir über Land und Leute gelernt habe.
    Du hast und so vieles gezeigt und erklärt. Vielen, vielen Dank und liebe Grüße auch an Deine Frau.

    Hallo Raini,
    die Reise mit Dir und Lutti war einfach taumhaft schön, was nicht zuletzt auch durch Deine fantastischen Bilder zum Ausdruck kommt. Wir durchstreiften mit den beiden Bussen die unendlichen Weiten Namibias und konnten viel über Land und Leute erfahren. Bewundert haben wir immer wieder Deine Sachkenntnis zu Flora und Fauna sowie zur Geologie und den Gestirnen. Einen besonderen Reiz hatte für uns der Besuch der Familienfarm Chairos, den der Bruder meiner Großmutter, d.h. Dein Großvater gegründet hatte.
    Das wir all das erleben durften, dafür möchte ich Dir,als unser hervorragender Guide ganz herzlich danken.
